Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and approving all vouchers for payment. This includes preparing invoice deduction notices, answering vendor inquiries, and printing accounts payable reports. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in monthly closings and help with accounts receivable and special projects as needed.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience in accounts payable, with a strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid computer skills are also essential for this role.
