Salary:
$23 - $30 per hour

About Us:
Our organization is seeking a skilled Technician to become part of our workforce.

We manage a substantial fleet of medium to heavy-duty trucks and off-road machinery.

The Technician will be tasked with executing routine maintenance and repairs on our diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and machinery.

Working Hours: 6:30am - 5pm

Benefits of Joining Us:
Hourly Rate Up To $30/hr + Guaranteed 10 hours of Overtime weekly

Employee Benefits:

  • $4,000 signing bonus, distributed in $500 increments (Signing bonus contingent upon continued employment).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on company vehicles, machinery, and trailers.
  • Perform maintenance tasks including tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, starting systems, electrical systems, and suspensions.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with vehicles and machinery.
  • Disassemble and reassemble units, replacing nonfunctional components as necessary.
  • Keep records of serviced vehicles and machinery.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical experience.
  • Familiarity with air brakes, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with diesel and off-road machinery.
  • Valid chauffeur's license required.
  • CDL license preferred. CDL training reimbursement available for qualified candidates.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and MVR check.
