We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Staples, Inc. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate restocking of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock shelves and inventory to meet daily production goals
  • Operate in one of five areas: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, Custodian, or other roles as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • 3 months of warehouse or applicable experience
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written communications)
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
