Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory in the warehouse. This role involves checking shipment accuracy, restocking items, and assisting in unloading shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. A good fit for someone entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities
  • Verify shipment accuracy and restock inventory as needed
  • Compile supply kits and assist in unloading shipments
  • Unpack, organize, and record inventory in the stockroom or warehouse
  • Replenish inventory stock as needed
  • Assist in theft prevention by maintaining accurate inventory
  • Remove overstock, defective, or expired items from shelves and arrange for return shipment
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • No experience required, and on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience
