Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Repair Specialist to support the U.S. Navy in Crane, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex electronics repair and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) to support testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).
  • Conduct corrective maintenance on circuit cards and electronic modules by troubleshooting and repairing faulty components.
  • Test and evaluate AEA and related systems, subsystems, equipment, and components.
  • Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration, and testing; in-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment.
  • Prepare inputs for test plans and review test plans and procedures.
  • Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment, or component testing and analyze test results to determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related discipline and at least 2 years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience.
  • Must have Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) certification to be considered.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance; Interim Secret needed to start.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
