Production Manager

PuroClean of Victor Heights is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing production crews and job assignments, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage production crews and job assignments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with the General/Operations Manager and Owner to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Supervise scheduling, coordination, and documentation of jobs from start to completion
- Monitor production costs and ensure they are maintained at established rates
- Build relationships with current customers and negotiate rates with sub-contractors and vendors
- Supervise, train, and motivate superintendents to ensure they are equipped to handle complex emergency and mitigation problems
- Conduct regular and routine safety and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist superintendents in solving complex emergency and mitigation problems and situations
- Create planning lines, set up budgets for projects, and oversee financials forecasting
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, inspect job sites weekly, and produce weekly reports to the VP of Restoration
- Verify field documentation is being completed and uploaded
- Facilitate monthly forecasting projects and create reports on the financial health of projects
- Oversee job setup for each project and cultivate and maintain healthy, effective, and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Advise the General Manager of problems with staff and projects
- Create increased profitability through creative cost-saving measures
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and respond to catastrophic events in other markets to assist with emergency response
- Practice safe driving and encourage direct reports to do likewise
- Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
- Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating the message
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates and coach for growth
- Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
