Program Manager

Right At School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coach a team of educators who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience and instill the Right At School footprint.
  • Manage and maintain safety standards, including supervision and program paperwork.
  • Participate in local community events to promote the Right At School brand and values.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supervising others and working with children.
  • Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
