We are seeking an experienced Showing Agent to join our top-producing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion.
Your primary goal will be to help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved.
You will be expected to quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service.
Additionally, you will work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.
As a Showing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, resulting in more sales.
You will also assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes, analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, is familiar with CRM and marketing/lead technologies, and is professional in attitude and appearance.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, fun-loving, hard-working, compassionate, personable, resilient, and energetic.
