Relocation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to relocation clients by setting up and coordinating broker-to-broker referral assignments.
  • Utilize excellent time management skills and consistent follow-through to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced business environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy, maintaining and updating various accurate financial records, logs, online systems, and other documents.

Qualifications:

  • A Texas Real Estate License by TREC is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of real estate experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
