Guest Experience Manager

As a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. This includes checking in with guests, making sure they are enjoying themselves, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
Be the Solution:
You will be the solution to our guests' problems, providing resolve to their satisfaction. This requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to listen, and a passion for helping others.
Understand that Teamwork is Key:
You will work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. This includes working together to ensure that every guest feels valued and respected.
Be in the Know:
You will be an expert in our promotions and benefits, including the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features. You will be able to offer expert insight and advice to our guests, helping them to make the most of their experience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A desire to learn and grow;
• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs;
