Shift Leader Role at Dunkin'
We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our Dunkin' team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute operational Brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a respectful team environment
- Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
- Resolve guest issues and ensure Brand standards are executed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Math and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
Competencies:
- Great Focus: Understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs, and requirements
- Passion for: Sets and maintains high standards for self and others, acts as a role model
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Identifies and resolves issues and problems
