Job Summary: Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service. This includes practicing positive public relations, being aware of guests' needs, and making their experience pleasurable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
  • Practice positive public relations through ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and an inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Aware of the guests' needs and works to make the guests' experience pleasurable.
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service.

Operational Excellence:

  • Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.

Cleanliness:

  • Perform duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws.
