Operations Business Unit Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Yaskawa. As a key member of our Operations Business Unit, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management and Development: Design and implement performance management systems, and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Systems and Processes: Develop and implement effective HR systems and processes to support business operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to business leaders on HR metrics and trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of human resource experience within an engineering-centric organization, with at least 2 years of direct partnering with executive leadership.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
