Overview:
Connexa Worx is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent. This position involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications, delivering outstanding customer support, and addressing client inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a calm demeanor, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

Compensation:
$29.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide precise information and support to clients regarding various products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Document all interactions with customers and maintain thorough records.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve intricate issues.
  • Achieve performance goals and metrics as established by management.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach towards customers consistently.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service position is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Exhibit patience and a positive attitude when interacting with challenging customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
