Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
  • Team Management
    • Train and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations
    • Prepare products, maintain quality of product, and monitor all service equipment.
    • Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including removal of trash within containers to proper dumpster site(s).
  • Inventory Management
    • Unload, stock, and maintain required inventory level.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare/make/transport deposits, prepare proposed labor schedules, product projections, financials for store manager's review/approval.
