Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.
  • Certifications and Training: Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures, and successfully complete the Twin Peaks manager training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
Work Environment

The work environment at Twin Restaurant Holding, LLC is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager will be required to stand for up to 10 hours, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects, and talk or hear. The manager may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen, wet and/or humid conditions, and sometimes uses toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning.
