Job Overview

Salary:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for leading assigned projects while fostering positive relationships with clients. This role involves estimating project costs and overseeing subcontractors to ensure successful, safe, and timely project completion within budget constraints.

Project Management

  • Strategically plan and allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver projects that are safe, profitable, and completed on schedule.
  • Assist in managing contracts during the project close-out phase.

Communication & Teamwork

  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
