About the Job:

The Employee Benefits Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in benefits administration and excellent communication skills.

  • GHJ Search and Staffing is the recruiting arm of GHJ, a national accounting and advisory firm.
  • Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor benefits team members, contributing to the development of a high-performing benefits department.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to address benefits-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in benefits administration.
  • Assist with global benefits functions as needed, providing an opportunity for international exposure.
  • Work closely with the Director of Payroll to strategize on department growth and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Benefits administration experience (5,000+ employees).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for employee benefits.
  • Management and supervisory experience within a benefits team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
