Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team at PRIDE Industries. As a Pest Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our pest control team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Pest Control Activities: Oversee the work of pest control technicians, applicators, and grounds laborers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and Direct Work: Develop and implement plans to ensure that all pest control services are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Schedules and Resources: Manage schedules and resources to ensure that all pest control services are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all pest control activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate with Customers: Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the delivery of pest control services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in pest management operations, including one year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control, including agricultural pest control, spill response, and personnel protection equipment.
  • Skills: Supervisory skills, including the ability to hire and train staff, manage performance, and address employee relations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Pest Control Branch 2 license, valid driver's license, and QAL certification in categories A, B, C, F, and K.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in the field, driving to and from worksite locations, performing surveillance, treatments, and quality control. Employees may be exposed to toxic substances, noise from equipment, and varying weather conditions.
