We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Present a professional appearance, including company vehicle, equipment, and uniform, to reflect the company's high standards.
- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
- Maintain pest control license and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge by attending seminars and workshops.
- Submit accurate and legible service tickets to office staff in a timely manner.
- Work independently, staying motivated and focused to meet productivity goals.
- Occasionally work Saturdays to complete routes and ensure timely service delivery.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (base + commissions)

HomeTeam Pest Defense is a leading provider of pest management services, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and their families.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Branch 2 license, training, and licensing for Branch 3 after hire
- Valid driver's license
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
