About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Service Technician to join our team at Clark Pest Control. As a Pest Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers by protecting their homes and properties from unwanted pest activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect residential structures to determine the presence of pests and calculate the severity of infestations.
  • Develop and implement effective pest control plans to eliminate infestations and prevent future occurrences.
  • Communicate with customers to discuss work to be accomplished and provide creative sales solicitations.
  • Coordinate activities with department secretaries and other branch personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting reports, and calling customers regarding client callbacks and stopped service.
  • Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Receive and properly account for company funds collected during business activities.
  • Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicles in a clean and safe condition at all times.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
  • Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations
