Position Overview

Role Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and providing information about our products and services.
  • Demonstrate essential skills such as active listening, effective communication, and problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in training and professional development opportunities to build expertise in sales and marketing.
  • Conduct outreach to customers to generate additional business through direct engagement.
  • Process orders and manage follow-ups, including writing orders, providing price quotes, and sending invoices.
  • Enhance your understanding of our offerings, pricing structures, and promotional services.
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their interest in our services.
  • Participate in industry conferences and meetings with colleagues and executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and conduct competitive research.
  • Gather and analyze field data to inform strategic decisions and product development.
  • Coordinate with key clients to address issues across service, support, and marketing functions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service or sales are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence.
