Financial Reporting Manager Role at Hageman Group LLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements for multiple entities, including journal entries and ledger analysis.
  • Assist in developing complex tax projections for various entities, requiring a deep understanding of tax regulations and entity structures.
  • Support beneficial ownership reporting for new investments by analyzing capital structures and ownership distributions.
  • Communicate complex ownership arrangements to financial institutions regarding beneficial ownership matters.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of entities and bank accounts within the accounting software.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
  • Enhance accounting processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish investor portals for new investments by interpreting agreements and coordinating financial arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the cash management team to ensure accurate cash flow management and reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive loan reporting documentation by analyzing loan agreements and coordinating data delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience with software implementation is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of tax allocations and complex financial structures.
  • Ability to interpret financial agreements, leases, and loan documentation.
  • Proficiency in managing multi-entity accounting structures.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Expertise in developing and refining accounting processes.
  • A collaborative team player willing to support various accounting functions.
