  • Participate in strategic discussions with Mercury teams and stakeholders to guide Mercury's future and ensure alignment with our Intelligent Platform initiative for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with UX Research and Design teams to advocate for Mercury's needs and integrate design patterns across the platform.
  • Partake in automated testing workstreams to ensure response quality and timely execution in line with Mercury goals and outcomes.
  • Work directly with various business units (banking, corporates, wealth management, PEVC, and buyside) to understand their needs and improve engagement and the quality of Suggested Next Steps.
  • Develop proficiency in demonstrating and pitching Mercury-driven solutions, fostering open and impactful collaboration among Mercury teams.
  • Commit to continuous improvement by measuring success against key outcomes and goals, such as workstation utilization KPIs, and increasing team capacity through strategic planning and clarity.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Economics, Math, Finance, Business Management, or another closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably at a finance or enterprise technology company.
  • Explicit experience owning a product with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong user research capabilities.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills to understand and resolve any technical issues that may arise, as well as the ability to provide support and testing as required to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with autonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with teams and collaborate effectively across regions, as well as the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners across all levels of the organization.
