Position Overview

Ryder is actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerks and Cycle Counters to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory assessments to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct audits of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist in physical inventory counts as required.
  • Support Operations Supervisors and team members with inventory-related inquiries.
  • Address and resolve inventory discrepancies effectively.
  • Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with a focus on safety.
  • Ensure inventory precision to fulfill client requirements.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

Warehouse positions offer competitive weekly pay:

Hourly Rate: $21.00-$22.00/hr

Shift Differentials: $1.00/hr for second shift and $1.50/hr for weekend shifts.

Various schedules are available, including:

  • Four-day work weeks with ten-hour shifts.
  • First Shift: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Second Shift: 5 PM - 3:30 AM

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
