POSITION OVERVIEW //

As a Customer Experience Associate at Empireave, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete customer journey related to online shopping. This includes overseeing the order placement, shipping, and return processes for all E-Commerce transactions. You will serve as the primary liaison for our drop ship operations and customer service teams.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
