As an Employee Benefits Advocate, you will play a critical role in assisting our Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with marketing clients to carriers and respond to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, and other benefits-related matters.
- Quickly respond to policy inquiries via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate and organized account files, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- FL 2-15 L&H License or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
