Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and proactively assist the team in executing timely, high-quality repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to effectively communicate the mechanical and technical aspects of the community, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Impart your expertise to the team while also focusing on your own professional development towards future management roles.
  • Assist in overseeing the daily maintenance operations for the community.
  • Ensure the quality of completed work while also engaging in hands-on tasks, such as handling service requests and unit turnovers.

Essential Qualifications

  • A proactive individual with a demonstrated history of taking initiative and leading by example.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in property maintenance, ideally within a high-demand community.
  • Possession of EPA certification.
  • Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical work, and appliance repair.
  • Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and necessary tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to follow-up.
