Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team at EōS Fitness. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our regional locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and driving business results through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional locations on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local HR vendors and partners to ensure effective HR services.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to regional locations on compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a regional or national HR role.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including FL and federal laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
