Key Responsibilities:- Generate daily reports detailing the maximum energy output available from the facility for the Energy Office.
- Assist in the scheduling of energy production from the plant.
- Ensure adherence to NERC standards and regulations.
- Manage annual capacity assessments and contract oversight.
- Monitor and report on plant availability on a daily basis.
- Evaluate plant performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Investigate and resolve performance-related challenges.
- Support the Operations and Maintenance Managers in their daily functions.
- Complete assigned special projects as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in power generation facilities.
- Proven expertise in energy scheduling, performance optimization, and transmission grid management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills are vital.
