In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily energy distribution processes within the facility, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate daily reports detailing the maximum energy output available from the facility for the Energy Office.
  • Assist in the scheduling of energy production from the plant.
  • Ensure adherence to NERC standards and regulations.
  • Manage annual capacity assessments and contract oversight.
  • Monitor and report on plant availability on a daily basis.
  • Evaluate plant performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Investigate and resolve performance-related challenges.
  • Support the Operations and Maintenance Managers in their daily functions.
  • Complete assigned special projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in power generation facilities.
  • Proven expertise in energy scheduling, performance optimization, and transmission grid management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills are vital.
