Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Energy sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the project's goals, resources needed, timeline, budget, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the project life cycle.
  • Implement effective project management strategies and risk management processes to ensure projects' smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve any issues that arise, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, client teams, and senior management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Energy industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey project information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in resource allocation and budgeting, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • A deep understanding of the Energy industry, including its challenges, trends, and opportunities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
