About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our UTA Creators team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our Vice President of Operations and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, calendars, and conduct research for meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, and draft communications to facilitate internal and external collaboration.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal staff at all levels to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and review calendars and payments using detailed grids to optimize resource allocation.
  • Input data into various databases and systems to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform regular data scrubbing to clean and organize data, ensuring consistency and accuracy within our systems.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous professional experience interpreting reports from analytics platforms.
  • Strong prioritization and task management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense client service work environment.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and familiarity with top influencers and brands.
  • Passion for data & analytics, gaming, social media, and digital media.
  • Understanding of UTA's client roster is a plus.
