Salvage Operations Leadership Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager for Salvage Operations at Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Manager of Warehouse Operations to maintain and improve daily operations, resolve problems, and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute department operations plans to achieve targeted growth in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit and revenue.
- Implement production efficiencies to increase production while maintaining expenses and revenue goals.
- Provide feedback and training to team members to ensure quality standards and daily goals are met.
- Maintain positive working relationships with peers, team members, and customers to ensure effective operations.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of all salvage commodities meet the salvage guidelines.
- De-escalate customer and team member situations while finding suitable solutions.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various GSFB divisions to meet customer, team member, and department needs.
- Implement procedures to maximize production, sales, and customer service efficiency.
- Lead and make decisions on day-to-day operations, including determining product sorting based on levels and customer requests.
- Ensure team members operate per company standards and procedures relating to security, health, and safety.
- Partner with support areas to further business goals and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Build a high-performing team to maximize donated goods.

- Leading Performance: Deliver high performance results through effective decision-making, planning, and execution to exceed customer expectations.
- Leading the Business: Possess the knowledge and expertise to lead operations, deliver results, control budget, and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years' supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
The salary range for this position is $66,560.00 annually, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement fund, professional development training, commuter benefits, flexible healthcare spending account, and mental health and wellbeing employee assistance program.
