Clear Operations Management Position

This role involves leading a team at local venues and arenas, ensuring seamless member verification and enrollment processes. As a representative of Clear, you will engage with attendees, members, and general travelers, providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance with security protocols at all venues is paramount.
  • Foster positive relationships with attendees, members, and general travelers through effective communication and engagement.
  • Educate attendees on the benefits of Clear's services while ensuring secure enrollment operations.
  • Promote a productive internal culture that motivates team members and encourages innovation.
  • Train sports employees on procedures, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Leverage onsite communications, daily learning activities, and track labor and leadership reports to optimize team performance.
  • Analyze metrics, customer feedback, and observations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Hold team members accountable to Clear's standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to manage people and hold them accountable to company expectations.
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership abilities are essential.
  • A self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional responsibilities and promoting Clear's services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Open availability and flexibility are required, including the ability to work varied shifts.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
