About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Service Representative. As a key member of our Plasma Donation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
  • Answer phones, greet and engage with donors, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure excellent donor service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred
