Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Petermanhvac. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Use expertise to build strong relationships with customers, inform them of benefits, and create an open and accessible communication route.
  • Maintain high data entry accuracy when inputting customer information.
  • Assist in outbound calling to meet company appointment needs.
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative standards established for the department and the CSR role.
  • Introduce and close active promotions, service agreements, and additional services.
Requirements:
  • Punctual and ready to greet customers at the start of your shift.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, organized, problem solver with keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, dependable.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
