Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing callers to the appropriate staff. You will also work within an electronic medical records system, collect patient payments, and balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.

Requirements
