About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomist team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate
  • Perform phlebotomy to collect plasma from donors
  • Answer donor inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
