Job OverviewAs a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of computer systems. Your primary goal will be to identify and troubleshoot problems that affect system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive knowledge of computer operating systems and their functions
  • Ability to diagnose and solve simple computer system problems
  • Experience in Information Technology environment on Microsoft Windows environment
  • Knowledge of network file system and USB file transfers
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in performing repetitive work

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and operating features of a personal computer
  • General knowledge of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
  • Ability to learn new IT techniques within a reasonable time frame
  • Ability to effectively comprehend SOPs, reports, test scripts, and other related materials
