Job Summary

We're currently recruiting recent graduates who are excited to participate in our 5-month, best-in-class, Technical Sales program. This program provides intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, making you a technical expert for our valued commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions products to achieve a more sustainable world for us all.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with customers by problem-solving the challenges they face.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customer's buildings.

Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
