Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and committed Client Access Operations Supervisor to lead the professional and technical functions of our client access division. In this vital position, you will ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while guiding the team to meet organizational goals centered on client satisfaction, employee engagement, quality service, and operational performance. As the Client Access Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the overall performance and effectiveness of the client access team. Your primary tasks will encompass staff training and development, accuracy assessments of timecards, coaching, performance reviews, process enhancement, collaboration with both internal and external partners, conducting audits, and formulating and executing action plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct oversight and guidance to the client access team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct timecard accuracy assessments, staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate on initiatives for process enhancement and the development and execution of action plans.
  • Represent the organization professionally in both internal and external meetings.
  • Develop, implement, and manage audits related to client experience and operational accuracy.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and ensure supervisors are performing regular site assessments.
  • Deliver documented feedback and communication to stakeholders regarding staff development, process improvements, and workflow issues.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2 years of prior management experience
  • Preferred experience in customer service
Additional Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in computer usage and capable of working independently
  • Excellent typing proficiency
  • Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation and training programs
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally for sedentary tasks
