Client Services Coordinator

This role is integral to a person-centered integrated care team, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and colleagues, delivering exceptional customer service as they arrive.
This is a Full-time position with benefits. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Managing data entry, intake documentation, insurance verification, and collecting co-pays when necessary
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Distributing daily correspondence
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborating with the IT department to ensure functionality of office equipment and printers
- Following daily schedules for client appointments and staff meetings
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized
- Complying with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Conducting oneself in accordance with the employee handbook
- Staying informed about updates and communicating changes to the Office Supervisor
A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required.
