Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties
  • Perform data entry, complete intake paperwork, verify insurance, and collect co-pays when necessary
  • Respond to all phone inquiries and emails courteously, directing them to the appropriate staff
  • Handle daily mail distribution
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning correctly
  • Follow daily schedules for clients and team members
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and tidy
  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with the employee manual
  • Stay informed about updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor

This is a full-time position with eligibility for benefits, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
