This role is a full-time position (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday. Employees must be adaptable to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during standard business hours. Occasionally, overtime may be required based on business needs.

- Respond to incoming calls for clients 20%
- Accurately direct calls to the appropriate department 20%

Required Qualifications:

California Residents Only: The hourly wage for this position is $28.27. Compensation is determined by various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
