Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead the operation of the Kids' HOPE Center in Coos Bay, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing programs, and ensuring the center's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the operation of the Kids' HOPE Center, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the community, aligning with the center's mission and goals.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and partnerships to ensure the center's financial stability and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, CMDT, and community partners, to advance the center's objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Current Oregon driver's license and auto insurance.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in health or social nonprofit organizations, with a focus on leadership, grant writing, and management.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Grant writing and management experience.
  • Leadership experience in non-profit, social services, health care, or equivalent related field.
  • Experience in team leadership, fund development, fiscal oversight, coalition building, and community relations.
Working Conditions

The Program Director will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The position involves extensive sitting, with periodic standing and walking, and may require off-site travel.
