Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team at Kanaan Communications, LLC. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as company safety policies and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations that apply to all operations and job sites.
- Perform accident investigation and root cause analysis for workplace injuries and vehicle collisions.
- Conduct facility inspections and risk assessments and ensure all findings and observations are addressed.
- Develop and update safety and health programs as directed.
- Provide initial and refresher employee safety and health training.
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science or Management, Engineering, or other relevant qualifications and work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of telecommunications construction safety work experience.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) requirements.
- Relevant certifications (eg: CSP, OSHA 30, First Aid CPR trainer).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
