Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Leadership to drive business transformation and improve organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead and manage organizational change initiatives, develop and execute business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational change strategies to drive business outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, establish metrics to track progress, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, and other functions to align organization effectiveness and change initiatives with talent management strategies.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to teams across the organization to build change management capabilities and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Oversee organizational change and effectiveness initiatives by developing project plans, establishing timelines, identifying resource requirements, and managing project budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, business strategy, or related fields. Or 5 years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing organizational change initiatives and developing and executing organizational effectiveness and change strategies which activate business plans.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Leadership.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
