Job Title: Human Resource and People Intern

We're looking for a talented intern to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, interests, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Prior HR or related internship experience is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
