We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist for Infant and Family Development to join our team at Lincoln Behavioral Services. Job Summary

The Therapist for Infant and Family Development will work closely with parents, program staff, and community resources to provide comprehensive services to infants and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing home-based therapeutic services to promote emotional well-being and resilience in young children and their families.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external entities to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development, including training, peer review, and workshops, to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human service field.
  • Appropriate certification through the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health.
  • Background in early childhood development or basic understanding of parent-infant dynamics.
  • Preferred 2 years experience in direct clinical settings, providing therapeutic services to infants/toddlers and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
