Job Description:

This Parent-Infant Relationship Clinician position is an exciting opportunity to work with infants and their families to promote healthy relationships and development. As an Infant Mental Health Therapist, you will provide home-based therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each family.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and experience working with young children and their families. A certification through the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health is also preferred.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with community resources and program staff to ensure comprehensive support for infants and their families. You will also maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions for infants and their caregivers
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote healthy development and relationships
  • Collaborate with community resources and program staff to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with young children and their families
  • A certification through the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health (preferred)
